Special Offers
For bookings made by the 31/03/2024, except for the week of Ferragosto (i.e. 8th August to 22th August) the following discounts will apply:
- 5% for 2 week stays
- 10% for 3 week stays
- 15% for 4 week stays
The week 10/08-17/08 cannot be rented individually, but must necessarily be combined with the previous or following week (minimum stay 2 weeks).
The prices include access to the beach club facilities, bed sheets and bathroom towels
Terms and conditions of service and general information
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The prices quoted include water, light and gas consumption as well as use of the swimming pool, bed/bath sheets laundry service (once a week), beach facilities and free wi-fi.

Mandatory Costs:
- cleaning on departure: 40 euros (one and two room apartments);
- cleaning on departure: 60 euros (suites);
- the cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the customer.
Cost of extra services:
- air conditioning: 40 euros per week;
- car parking space: 40 euros per week;
- cot: 20 euros per week.
A booking is only confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the entire stay, which must be done within 10 days of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival at check-in.
The apartments will be ready after 16:00 hours (and not later than 20:00 hours) on the day of arrival and must ordinarily be vacated by 09:00 hours on the day of departure.
A security deposit of 100 euros in respect of damages or breakages will also be requested upon the handing over of the keys to the apartment. Upon departure, this security deposit will be reimbursed if no damages or breakages are detected during the final inspection of the apartment.
