The Dolce Vita residence is the ideal choice for anyone seeking a warm yet discreet welcome in a well-kept family environment in pursuit of a relaxing holiday. At your disposal there are 18 bright apartments in an elegant building surrounded by greenery and very close to the sea. The building is situated parallel to the seafront promenade, about 30 metres away from the scenic cycle lane that connects Porto D’Ascoli-San Benedetto del Tronto-Grottamare-Cupra. This stretch of beach is particularly wide with very fine sand and the sea is not too deep, making it ideal for both adults and children.

At Dolce Vita every home comfort is available to you. All the apartments have televisions, safes, spacious balconies, available air conditioning, washing machine and free wi-fi. There is also a beach club, a fantastic swimming pool and a pine grove with drink and snack dispensers for adults and children.
